Sokratis joined A.G. Erotocritou LLC’s corporate and commercial department.

Sokratis studied law at the University of Leicester and continued his academic development with an LLM in company law at the University of Law, graduating from both institutions with flying colours.

In addition to corporate and M&A, Sokratis also specialises in real estate transactions and various other private client matters and since joining the firm, he has provided numerous clients with advice, tailored to their specific needs.

Since joining the firm, Sokratis has assisted several clients by negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts of sale and undertaking property due diligence exercises, while also acting for clients on corporate matters, including incorporation of business entities, M&As and legal due diligence exercises.

Sokratis has been admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association.
