Andreas Erotocritou appointed in the Asset Recovery Committee of the IBA

We are delighted to announce that Andreas Erotocritou has been selected and appointed as the Levant Representative of the newly relaunched Asset Recovery Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Asset recovery is a multi-disciplinary practice area with tools that are consistently relevant to cases involving fraud, insolvency, financial services etc. The main aim of the committee, which has been relaunched as an independent committee this year, is to create a model Asset Recovery Law, to enhance the rights and tools available to plaintiffs and creditors.  Furthermore, it seeks to provide an international platform for both private and public sector practitioners, international and regional organisations, policy makers and more to discuss and develop this practice area of increasing importance.

IBA has extensive expertise in providing assistance to the global legal community, and through its global membership it influences the development of international law reform and shapes the future of the legal profession throughout the world.
