Peter joined the firm in 2017 and is responsible for the firm’s business development.
Peter is a University of Leeds LL.B (Hons.) graduate and Barrister-at Law of the Middle Temple. Having had extensive experience as in-house legal advisor in South Africa, the Kingdom of Bahrain and Cyprus, he has lectured in law at the University of Nicosia and has delivered ACCA, ACA, CIB/IFS and other courses as a professional studies instructor for Global Training in Russia, Greece and Romania. He was designated as visiting lecturer for the legal component of the Institute of Financial Services (IFS) programme at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) and an authorised tutor for the University of London External LLB/LLM modules and the Middlesex University BA Hons. Corporate and Business Law, Cyprus variant. He was designated as the island’s Rapporteur for the European Commission project on the transposition of EU Directives undertaken by the Universite Libre de Bruxelles Odysseus Network.
Peter is an adjunct lecturer with the School of Law, the University of Nicosia, and a course presenter with the London-based legal training firm EMG Associates which delivers developmental programmes in the UK and throughout the Middle East. He has contributed a chapter on Banking Law for the publication “Key Issues Internationally” and is author of the textbook resource “Company Law and Law of Partnership in the Republic of Cyprus”.
