Ioanna joined A.G. Erotocritou LLC  as a commercial litigator dealing with multi-jurisdictional, complex disputes, with a particular focus on asset recovery and injunctive relief. She has established experience in matters involving fraud, shareholder disputes, breaches of directors’ duties and corporate insolvency & restructuring. Ioanna has also developed expertise in dealing with proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

Ioanna regularly advises clients on various shipping matters and represents clients in administrative cases.

Ioanna has authored a number of publications on international commercial litigation and asset recovery and has been recognized as a key lawyer in Legal 500 EMEA.

Ioanna is a graduate of the University of Cyprus, graduating with distinction, among the top students of her class. Ioanna obtained her Master’s degree as a Fulbright scholar from New York University (NYU), with a specialization in international business litigation and arbitration. Whilst in the USA, Ioanna interned for the Permanent Mission of Cyprus at the United Nations.

Ioanna is dual-qualified lawyer, having been admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and to the New York Bar.
