Vacancy - Lawyer (Transactional lawyer / Corporate and Commercial Dept)

We are looking to recruit a transactional lawyer with excellent, demonstrable knowledge, to join our team.

Candidates should be able to work with colleagues to help clients succeed in realising their business objectives through the efficient delivery of appropriate legal advice and representation, and must demonstrate an ability to provide accurate and tailored advice to clients.

This position requires transaction handling abilities, while the ideal candidate should have technical skills and be comfortable researching and applying their knowledge to various areas of law including any of corporate and m&a, banking, finance, etc.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Academic qualifications: Law degree (holding any further qualification such as the LPC will be considered an advantage).
  • Professional qualification: Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
  • PQE: At least 3 years post-qualification transactional experience.
  • Language skills: Fluency in both English and Greek.
  • IT skills: Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office and internet.

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
