• Assisting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families with relocation to Cyprus, including permanent residence and citizenship routes where applicable. Our work typically involves coordinating immigration approvals with, often, real estate acquisitions and asset structuring. We provide end-to-end support to ensure regulatory, tax, and personal considerations are fully aligned
• Advising internationally mobile individuals on securing Cyprus non-dom status as part of their relocation strategy. Our work includes tax structuring, interaction with local authorities, and alignment with broader investment and residence planning. The firm has been involved in a significant proportion of Cyprus’s most prominent recent developments. 
• Amongst others, the firm advised in the past a former President of the leading hospitality group globally, a UAE Sheikh, several persons listed in the Forbes from Spain, India, China, US and South Africa, the CEO and founders of several listed companies in the London Stock Exchange, Polish Stock Exchange and Nasdaq and other exchanges, key persons and senior management in large technological companies and financial services providers, shipping tycoons, etc.
• The firm has been instructed in the infamous dispute between successors of Oleg Bourlakov who suddenly passed away in 2021, resulting in a multijurisdictional dispute over his estate (worth over USD 4 billion).  Proceedings have been raised in various jurisdictions including England, Monaco, Cyprus, Switzerland, Russia and Latvia. One of the assets of the estate controlled through Cyprus is the largest sailing yacht in the world “the Black Pearl), which is subject to probate proceedings before the Cyprus Court. Our firm has secured an injunction prohibiting the sale or usage of the yacht pending the determination of the inheritance dispute. Apart from our litigation department, our probate and trusts teams provide ongoing support and advice to the global representations / leading counsel of the estate of our client on various related matters.
• The firm has been engaged by the client (a Chinese individual and one of the richest persons on earth – listed in Forbes), to advise on trusts laws and to draft the necessary trust deeds on behalf of the client but also to consult the client on complex probate and estate planning matters. The assignment was complex because of the different jurisdictions, the size (over USD 2billion), the nature of the assets and the complex provisions in the relevant documents.
